A key aspect of Hula Global's manufacturing ecosystem is its production versatility, which is centered around a decentralized factory network, as opposed to a single large production facility.

Rather than consolidating all manufacturing operations under one roof, Hula Global partners with 21 independent manufacturing units, each focused on a distinct product category. This division empowers the company to retain elevated quality, efficiency, and scalability while avoiding production risks and bottlenecks.

Up until 2024, the total number of manufacturing units under Hula Global were 34. However, due to US trade restrictions and tariffs imposed, Hula Global significantly scaled down its operations and factory network from its peak at 34 units down to currently 21 units.

Each of the 21 units is meticulously chosen for its reliability and technical prowess, along with its skilled workforce and historical records on a specific garment category.

This specialization-driven approach guarantees the manufacturing of each product type in a setting emphasizing best practices customized to its construction, fabric, and finishing standards.

For instance, certain factories that specialize in underwear are adept at delicate stitching, elastic handling, and comfort-driven designs, while those focused on hoodies are optimized for construction with thicker fabrics, fleece lining, and durable construction.

Hula Global collaborates with three manufacturing units for the innerwear division, which consists of underwear, panties, and other products of intimate apparel. These factories utilize high-tech equipment and experienced assembly line workers who are trained in the specialized techniques of intimate garment production, including seamless stitching, the soft handling of fabric, and the careful placement of elastics.

This guarantees that the final products are high-quality in both comfort and durability.

A crucial component of the product offerings for many fashion brands is T-shirts. Hula Global works with nine specialized units for this purpose. These factories are estimated to have a total production capacity of around 5,000,000 T-shirts monthly. This level of output positions Hula Global to serve large blank apparel distributors across the US, UK, Australia, and Europe.

Sweatshirts and hoodies are one of the most important products in Hula Global’s manufacturing portfolio. The company collaborates with five specialized units to this end, which have a total monthly output of around 5,000,000 units.

These factories possess the necessary capabilities to work with heavyweight fabrics, fleece, specialized embroidery, screen printing, and an array of finishing techniques, and this makes Hula Global one of the best in the market.

Alongside standard T-shirts, Hula Global runs five dedicated units for the production of T-shirts for low cost and high volume for brands needing to operate at an extremely competitive price of $1.50 USD FOB (Free on Board) for bulk shipments.

The units can commercially produce an estimated total of 7 million T-shirts monthly. This is pertinent for mass-market retailers, companies selling promotional apparel, and brands that work with low budgets and high volumes to produce affordable plain garments with no premium detailing.

When it comes to blank apparel distribution, Hula Global has worked with many well known blank apparel distributors who are part of PPAI (Promotional Products Association International is an international not-for-profit trade association serving the promotional products industry in the US) and ASI(Advertising Specialty Institute, US).

For Australia and the UK, Hula Global has been actively courting blank apparel distributors who are part of APPA (Australasian Promotional Products Association) and BPMA (British Promotional Merchandise Association).

Regarding woven garments, which include women's dresses, uniforms, and other structured apparel, Hula Global partners with four dedicated units, of which two work specifically for fast fashion dresses for women, and one unit is solely focused on uniforms.

Together, these factories can commercially produce an estimated total of 3.5 million woven garments monthly. This category requires more attention to detail, with cutting, stitching, and finishing, hence specialization.

Blazers - Hula Global solely collaborates with one specialized unit for the manufacturing of blazers, which operates with a monthly capacity of about 10,000 pieces.

The techniques for blazer production are very specialized, requiring skilled tailoring, lining, pattern cutting, and finishing.

With the help of this specialized unit, Hula Global can service formal wear brands, corporate uniform companies, and premium fashion brands that require high-quality, structured garments.

Hula Global’s total manufacturing capacity, which is a function of the number of units, is maximized for an even distribution of category-specific production capabilities.

With the distribution of production to various specialized manufacturing units, Hula Global is able to maintain production and quality control, minimize production complications, and adapt to the various needs of different brands.

The flexibility of this capacity model also serves as an advantage. Hula Global has the ability to readily modify production quantities depending on the demand from brands - whether it's a modest pilot run or a major bulk order.

This makes Hula Global an optimal partner for companies, both emerging and established, that are working with seasonal collections.

Additionally, Hula Global’s capacity is bolstered by its business model's unique forecasting, integrated quality control, and logistics synchronization.

The company does not just make garments; it oversees the whole manufacturing process to guarantee on-time delivery and uniform standards across the board.

Finally, Hula Global's capacity is sustained by a strong connection to 27 specialized manufacturing entities that collaborate to offer large-scale, high-quality, and adaptable production for varying segments of the apparel industry.

Hula's ability to manage the production of millions of garments a month across diverse styles enables the company to be a competitive and reliable partner to the fashion brands for a dynamic, modern global marketplace.
