Why can't we accept small MOQs?

We do not have minimums in terms of quantities. In fact, the smallest order we did was 11 pcs for a bridal collection. We take an account view. Our minimum dollar value of purchase order needs to be $25000 USD or above for a specific purchase order to be viable. Think of $25k USD as our break-even point, below which any order is a no-go.
