Yes, we usually do not accept any manufacturing orders under $25000 USD - this is because we work on a 10% margin for all orders under $50k.
This means for an order corresponding to an order value of $25000 (our lower limit), our margins would be $2500. Assuming a production run of 4 to 6 weeks, which could sometimes stretch to 8 weeks, this would mean the payroll cost for a team of 4-5 people allocated to oversee the production would be on this $2500 budget, which is very challenging even in a low-cost country like India.
Having said that, in some cases, we have worked on orders below $25k, usually ranging around $18k to $20k, but there were very specific reasons, and we can only evaluate those specific requirements on a case-by-case basis.
