Directors (beneficial ownership, DIN, etc.)
Site / Unit / Manufacturing facility verification
Shipping bill/invoices x 3
Plants & Machinery information
PF / ESI / Worker insurance programs
Audited Financials - last two financial years
References x 3

There is usually a site inspection that follows through for Gold Plan members because of the higher value of the purchase order allocated to Gold Plan members.
