Short answer: literally unlimited!
That is the beauty of working with a factory supplier. Having said that, if you already have a Pantone that needs to be matched, then slightly higher MOQs would be applicable (read 5,000 pcs per colour for sweatshirts, hoodies) and 8,000 pcs per colour for T-shirts.
However, if your colors are fairly standard and you are flexible in terms of choosing a slightly different shade than your planned Pantone, then the MOQs for each colour are much lower.
