The brand plan focuses on optimising what is working while reducing or removing what is not working. Therefore, due to the complexities of several different moving parts when it comes to running a fashion brand, it is hard to visualize the effect of change within a month or two, and that's why we have a minimum of 6 months of lock-in to get a long-term commitment from the brands that opt for this plan.
