Our production is customised for each specific brand. As a result, we cannot accept any form of return once the goods are dispatched.

Returns occur for a variety of reasons. For the sake of simplification, let us categorise returns as -

  1. Returns due to a manufacturing defect

  2. Returns due to other reasons (non-manufacturing defect)

1. Returns due to manufacturing defect: While we oversee our production process with very strong and stringent production control, we recommend getting third-party inspection services to further verify quality control processes. This is because once the goods leaves our factories, we have very little control and once the goods are past the customs, the import duties on "returns" are excessive, making the returns an absolute redudent activity.

Since returns are practically impossible, we impose strict control BEFORE DISPATCH.

For example, if you ordered 6500 pcs in a particular purchase order, we may stop 500/700 or even 1000 pcs if we are not satisfied with the quality. Subsequently, we don't bill you for the products that were found defective even at the final stage.

Additionally, some of our brands use third party inspection agencies. Some commonly used inspection agencies by our clients are SGS, Intertek, and Bureau Veritas, and we recommend having a double layer of security when it comes to quality.

If you opted for Hula Global Quality Assurance Program (HGQA), You will be entitied for refunds. Your refunds would be determined by your policy document.

2. Returns due to other reasons: We have very little control & accountability on returns that arise for reasons other than manufacturing defects.
