Our refund policy for Hula Global’s Fashion Business Masterclass is straightforward and structured. It aims for fairness both to participants and the operational risks associated with hosting live educational programs.
It is important to understand this policy before registering, as it exists to encapsulate the core reason we provide it: It protects participants and the organization.
With this policy, we ensure that those who truly need to refund their ticket (and qualify for a refund) can do so without the fear of the refund policy being abused by someone who registers without cause or intent.
Along with the operational risks, we do this to create a trusting and transparent relationship with the participants of Hula Global. We understand that there are circumstances that are out of your control that may prevent you from being able to attend (scheduling conflicts, technical issues, emergencies, etc.).
We understand this is the case, but your registration also involves a lot of prep and costs to host the class, as well as payment for the expert. This is why we implement a structured policy rather than a more open approach.
As a policy, refunds are processed one at a time for each approvable by Hula Global, so every user with a valid refund request will need to justify their claim by contacting Hula Global’s support and providing validity to them, and each request will be scrutinized for a potential refund reason post justification.
If a request is made after the master's class is instructed, or if any part of the provided content has been engaged by the requestor, their consideration for a refund request will be diminished, and so will their justification. Since the class is made up of important content, frameworks, and theories, the learning experience is only beneficial if one has not been a part of the class.
Greater chances of receiving a refund request are available to those who request consideration of a refund before the requested masterclass start date. This applies even if the user requesting the refund has not engaged the additional content or resources part of the request.
In such a case, a refund request justification is made by Hula Global so that the requester’s request serves the user’s goodwill as a result of unpredictable circumstances.
Once a masterclass has been delivered, the chances of a refund being issued are very slim. This is a factor of value delivered in the recorded teaching material, the Q & A sessions, and the interaction that has been captured in the video. If an event like this were to allow refunds, it simply wouldn't be possible to offer these types of events at this price point.
Additionally, the masterclass registration fee of $7 is a value that also serves to minimize the number of registrations by people who are not serious about becoming founders. This is a very small nominal fee, which is why most refunds are not emphasized, as they are for more expensive programs.

Given that participants get a time-limited replay of the masterclass that lasts 48 hours after the live session, the refund policy takes into consideration participants’ added flexibility should they miss the live session.

Considering the fact that it is $7, and the masterclass is based on real industry experience and frameworks that work, it is puzzling why some are reluctant to pay that amount. Most attendees seem to think that the benefits they gain are much greater than the $7.
