The Fashion Business Accelerator Bootcamp is designed as an extremely selective, limited-seat program, and because of this structured and exclusive nature, the refund and deferral policy operates a bit differently from openly sold and mass-enrollment courses.
Because each batch is intentionally kept very small, restricted to only 20 participants, to guarantee quality mentorship, personal feedback, and meaningful engagement
The program does not offer monetary refunds once the seat is confirmed and payment is complete. This is because if a participant books their seat, that becomes theirs exclusively and blocks another prospective founder from being able to join that same cohort.
At the same time, this limitation of seats makes the program more immersive and effective. The drawback is that last-minute cancellations can shake up the overall structure of the cohort.
Since there are no limits to the seats that can be occupied in large online courses, the Accelerator Bootcamp depends on a very delicate group dynamic, live mentorship, and interactive sessions that demand your active participation. Hence, in order to be fair, a refund cannot be given upon enrollment.
However, it should be noted that the program isn't rigid or unsympathetic to circumstances either. In case a person fails to attend the bootcamp for reasons that might be personal or related to their profession or health, they aren't completely denied the opportunity to take up the program.
What they can choose to do instead is shift their spot to a later batch of their program. In essence, they won't be denied the opportunity to take up the program at all; they'll simply do so later if they fail to attend in the current batch.
The option of deferral allows for this reassurance and flexibility in situations where the participant may have desired to attend but later finds out that it is not an opportune time. Sometimes life circumstances change unexpectedly, and Hula Global acknowledges this, as many entrepreneurs around the world have multiple roles in life, whether in business, studies, or family circumstances.
Thus, this deferral option allows the participant to still get the maximum value of what they paid for at another opportune time.
The process of transferring to the next batch is simple on their part. All they have to do is notify the Hula Global team within a reasonable time frame before the bootcamp begins.
Once their request is acknowledged, they are automatically transferred to the next batch without any further charges to their account. This keeps their financial commitment safe while they are to benefit from the program when they are fully ready to commit to it.
Additionally, this policy reflects the gravity and professionalism of the Accelerator Bootcamp itself. The program is not intended to be entered casually or haphazardly; rather, it is intended for real business builders and makers, people who are truly dedicated to growing or developing their own business. In that sense, by offering no refunds, the program is helping participants make good decisions before joining.
At the same time, the deferral option balances commitment with flexibility. It recognizes that while the bootcamp is intensive and requires full focus, participants may occasionally face unavoidable conflicts. Rather than a penalty, the program offers a practical solution that will protect their investment and future participation.
Equally, it's not just three days of live learning that are brought about by the bootcamp, but an accompaniment of structured modules, templates, frameworks, mentorship, and a community reserved specially for participants.
As such, each seat is extremely precious and highly allocated even before actual resources and preparatory materials are shared in advance of the beginning of the bootcamp.
Due to this, refunds are not given after a participant confirms their spot, since resources, planning, and mentor availability are secured according to such actual attendee confirmation. Allowing refunds may disturb the programs that are planned and affect other participants who have signed up for the same cohort.
Moreover, in some cases, shifting to a later batch may even be highly advantageous. This gives participants more time to hone their business idea, do some initial research, or prepare a list of questions to ask, thus making the bootcamp experience even more productive and far-reaching when it actually occurs.
In a nutshell, the no-refund policy adopted by the Fashion Business Accelerator Bootcamp is actually quite fair and flexible, considering it only accepts 20 seats in each batch to curate the learning environment.
If a participant cannot attend their scheduled batch, they can seamlessly transfer their seat to the next cohort without losing their investment. This policy ensures commitment, maintains program quality, and still respects the realities of participants' schedules, thereby being both professional and considerate in approach.
