Vendors who are on-boarded with us are evaluated on a variety of factors. While we cannot disclose how we rank vendors internally but here are a few pointers that you must consider to improve your performance as a vendor.
If you are a new vendor, Reply often and fast - we send you an inquiry, and that inquiry is only sent to you. When you reply with quotations fast, our system marks the quotation stage "closed" faster, and as a result, your company's TAT increases, resulting in more inquiries.
If you are an existing vendor, reply fast rule applies to you as well. But, it is super important that you dispatch ON-TIME. Dispatch delays hamper your score to a very large extent and, beyond a certain point, can lead to your disqualification.
