The 3-day Fashion Business Accelerator Bootcamp is immersive, focused, and practical, which is why it is done as an intensive bootcamp rather than a more casual and passive learning type experience. When you register for this bootcamp, it is expected that you will commit significant time and effort over the three days during the live sessions. But before those live sessions, you are supposed to complete the pre-bootcamp courses in order to join for that particular day’s session.
It goes without saying - you should not have this running in the background while you are busy doing other things. It will not be beneficial if you do not engage, think, and participate.
The program runs over three days, so the hope is you will be working and learning on each day as if it is an important learning and working day and not just another average webinar or online course. An “intensive bootcamp” is designed to do just that.
It is designed to give you a lot of business, sourcing, and manufacturing information, and a lot of that is done in a very short period of time, which means that you will have a lot of that in a very short period of time.
On a practical level, we recommend that you set aside approximately 3 to 4 hours per day for the live sessions per day. The live components include: Training, discussions, mentorship input, Q&A with industry experts, including Karan Bose.
You will, in turn, absorb key concepts and take part in conversations and the clearing of doubts in real time during this period. This part of the program is very vital because it lets you interact face-to-face and ask questions, enabling you to seek insights associated with real-life fashion business scenarios.
In addition, you should budget 1 to 2 hours daily to work on the templates, costing calculators, and practical exercises provided. The bootcamp is not just about listening; it's about doing.
You will be asked to work directly on your brand idea to apply what you learn: work out costs, map suppliers, and think strategically about your production and marketing plans. It is this done-for-you work that truly transforms the knowledge into actionable progress for your brand.
We understand that you may be managing other commitments alongside this program; differing time constraints may conflict with other participants in this program.
Although we ask participants to be flexible about providing full days, we are asking them to consider shorter time frames. 4 to 6 hours daily is a time frame that is most likely to be within participants' time allowances to set up, start, or grow a fashion business.
The effort you put in will determine the quality of your experience, and it is possible to have a perhaps better experience than your peers. Boot camp participants who have prioritized these will likely feel the most reset to have the most of the experience and will most likely leave with a greater and perhaps better experience than their peers.
And you may likely leave with greater and perhaps better experience than your peers.
To improve the chances of a better experience than most peers, perhaps most participants will find it best to change their schedules in advance, inform family or colleagues about their commitments to create a clear no interruption set up to ensure boot camp will be no interruptions, to be best prepared with your devices too and also to be best prepared with your devices to optimize your experience.
The structured nature of the program also means that each day builds upon the previous one. Day 1 focuses on niche validation and fundamentals, Day 2 dives into supplier mapping and production planning, and Day 3 covers marketing, sales systems, and content strategy.
Missing large portions of any day could make it harder to fully understand the next stage, which is why consistent participation is recommended.
That said, the bootcamp is designed to be intense but rewarding. Many founders find that dedicating this concentrated time over three days is far more effective than spreading learning out over weeks or months. It allows you to stay mentally immersed in your business idea and make meaningful progress in a short period.
In summary, for the pre-requisite (pre-recorded) modules, plan 3-4 days, with at least 4 to 6 hours per day, and for the live sessions, you should plan for around 4 to 6 hours per day over three days—3 to 4 hours for live sessions and an additional 1 to 2 hours for independent work and reflection.
If you can commit to this, you will gain the most value from the program, walk away with practical tools, and feel much more prepared to take your fashion brand to the next stage.
