What are your production timelines?

production timelines under a period of 4 to 6 weeks

At Hula Global, one of our core priorities is reliable and predictable production timelines. Timely delivery is critical for brands, whether they are launching a new collection, preparing for a seasonal campaign, or managing inventory for e-commerce sales. To ensure consistency, we maintain a standard production turnaround time of 4 to 6 weeks for most orders.

This timeline is designed to provide both brands and factories with a clear expectation for delivery while allowing sufficient time for all stages of production. These stages include sourcing fabrics, cutting, stitching, adding trims, quality control inspections, and final packing. By setting a standard turnaround, we help brands plan launches, marketing campaigns, and sales strategies without uncertainty.

The 4 to 6-week timeline applies irrespective of order quantity, which means whether you are producing a small batch or a moderately large order, the standard window remains applicable. This consistency is possible due to careful allocation of factories based on their skill set and production capabilities. Each factory in our network specializes in certain types of garments, construction techniques, or fabric handling. By matching each style to a factory that can produce it efficiently, we maintain quality while adhering to timelines.

However, there are exceptions to this standard period. Orders that are unusually large, such as container-sized shipments, or those involving high-fashion or luxury products may require additional time. In these cases, production timelines are calculated on a case-by-case basis. Factors such as complexity of design, bespoke trims, embroidery, or limited availability of specialty fabrics can extend production periods. We always communicate these timelines clearly to ensure brands are aware of any adjustments before production begins.

Another factor that allows us to maintain reliable timelines is the use of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines across our factory network. These SOPs ensure that processes are followed consistently, from raw material handling to stitching and finishing, which minimizes delays and reduces the chance of errors. By working with factories that adhere to our SOPs, we create a predictable, repeatable production workflow that benefits both the factory and the brand.

Our network of factories is trained and equipped to operate within these SOPs while maintaining flexibility to handle different styles, fabrics, and quantities. This structure allows Hula Global to balance efficiency, quality, and speed without compromising on any of these critical factors.

The 4 to 6-week production timeline is also a reflection of our commitment to responsiveness and operational discipline. Brands today often work with tight schedules for launches or campaigns. By providing a clear production window, we help brands manage their timelines effectively and avoid last-minute surprises.

Hula Global maintains standard production timelines of 4 to 6 weeks for most orders. This is achieved by allocating factories according to their specialization, following strict SOPs, and managing processes efficiently across sourcing, production, and quality control. Exceptions for very large orders or luxury/high-fashion products are handled on a case-by-case basis, with timelines communicated clearly upfront. By combining factory expertise with structured processes, we ensure that brands receive consistent, timely, and high-quality production outcomes.
