How long does the onboarding process take?

onboarding process timeline

The onboarding timeline at Hula Global depends on the vendor plan a factory applies for. Each plan comes with its own eligibility criteria and corresponding onboarding process, which directly impacts the time required for completion.

Hula Global does not follow a single, uniform onboarding timeline for all vendors. Instead, the duration varies based on the depth of verification and review associated with the selected plan. As a result, vendors should expect different timelines depending on whether they choose the Standard plan or the Gold plan.

The Standard plan has the shortest onboarding timeline. Vendors applying under this plan can typically expect the process to take between 2 to 4 weeks. This timeframe reflects the relatively lighter eligibility requirements compared to higher-tier plans, allowing vendors to complete onboarding more quickly and begin engagement sooner.

The Gold plan, on the other hand, requires a more detailed and comprehensive onboarding process. Due to stricter eligibility criteria, the onboarding timeline for the Gold plan generally takes between 4 to 6 weeks. This longer duration reflects the additional checks and evaluations involved in onboarding vendors under this plan.

Since each plan follows a different process, the exact timeline may vary from vendor to vendor based on the chosen plan and the completion of required steps within that plan’s framework.

In summary, vendors should plan for:

  • 2 to 4 weeks for the Standard plan

  • 4 to 6 weeks for the Gold plan

Understanding these timelines in advance helps vendors choose the plan that best aligns with their expectations and readiness for onboarding.
