Not every factory that applies for onboarding ends up getting approved. If a factory does not successfully complete the due diligence process, the onboarding does not go through.
Now, the obvious question that follows is, what happens to the fees that were paid?
If a factory fails the onboarding process, Hula Global refunds the amount paid, but not in full. We deduct a 25% service charge, along with applicable taxes. The remaining amount is refunded to the company.
The reason for the service charge is simple: even if the factory does not pass onboarding, the due diligence process has already been carried out. Information has been reviewed, verified, and cross-checked. The service charge accounts for that effort.
Once the onboarding outcome is finalized, the refund is processed. The refunded amount is credited directly to the company’s bank account. It typically reflects within 3 to 5 working days.
There is no indefinite waiting period and no separate approval required after that. The refund timeline remains within the stated working days under normal circumstances.
To be clear, payment for onboarding does not guarantee approval and failing onboarding does not mean the entire amount is lost. The refund policy ensures that factories are not left in the dark about what happens next.
In short:
If onboarding is unsuccessful, fees are refunded
25% service charge + taxes are deducted
Refund is sent to the company’s bank account
It appears within 3–5 working days
