Are there products that are completely excluded from the Streetwear catalog in terms of capabilities at Hula Global

When building a streetwear brand, product expansion often becomes an important part of long-term growth. Many streetwear labels begin with clothing and later expand into other categories such as accessories, footwear, or lifestyle products.

While these additional product lines can strengthen a brand’s identity, they also require specialized manufacturing capabilities that differ significantly from standard apparel production.

At Hula Global, our core competency lies in clothing manufacturing. Our production ecosystem, partner factories, and sourcing network are primarily designed to support apparel categories. This includes a wide range of garments commonly associated with streetwear fashion, such as T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, jackets, denim pieces, and other clothing items.

Because of this focus on apparel, we are able to provide flexible manufacturing options for clothing products, whether a brand is looking to produce smaller test runs or larger production volumes. Our systems, processes, and quality control standards are optimized specifically for garment production, allowing us to support fashion brands in developing and scaling their clothing collections.

In addition to clothing, we sometimes work with certain accessory categories. However, accessories are typically handled on a case-by-case basis. The feasibility of producing these products depends largely on the order volume and the specific manufacturing requirements involved.

Accessories such as caps, socks, bags, or belts often require specialized production facilities that operate with higher minimum order quantities. If a brand is able to meet those volume requirements, it may be possible to explore these products through our extended network of suppliers. For smaller brands or those testing the market with limited quantities, however, accessories can sometimes be less practical due to the larger MOQs involved.

While accessories may still be possible under certain circumstances, there is one major product category that is currently outside the scope of our manufacturing capabilities: footwear.

Footwear production is fundamentally different from clothing manufacturing. Unlike garments, which are primarily made using textile cutting and sewing processes, footwear involves entirely different materials, machinery, and construction techniques.

Producing shoes requires specialized factories that are equipped to handle components such as molded soles, structured uppers, adhesives, and complex assembly processes.
