No, it is not possible to upgrade from the Standard Plan to the Higher Plan within the same quarter. Once you select a particular plan, you are required to remain in that plan for the entire duration of the ongoing quarter. Plan changes are not permitted mid-cycle.
This means that if you have chosen the Standard Plan at the beginning of the quarter, you will continue under the same plan until the quarter concludes. The structure is fixed for that period and does not allow switching between plans before renewal.
The reason for this is operational consistency. Each plan is structured and allocated based on quarterly planning. Vendor positioning, inquiry allocation, and internal categorization are aligned according to the selected plan at the start of the cycle. Allowing mid-quarter upgrades or shifts would disrupt that structure.
Therefore, plan selection should be made carefully at the beginning of the quarter, keeping in mind your production capacity, order value preferences, and business goals.
If you feel that a higher plan may be more suitable for your factory, for example, if you prefer higher-value inquiries or operate with larger MOQs, that decision would need to be implemented at the start of the next quarter, not during the ongoing one.

Any change can only be considered at the time of renewal.
It’s also important to note that we have discontinued the Silver Plan. As a result, vendors can only choose from the currently active plans available at the time of onboarding or renewal.
If you had previously heard about the Silver Plan, please be aware that it is no longer part of the plan structure.
