All vendor plans at Hula Global- Standard, Silver, and Gold, come with the same minimum inquiry guarantee. Every onboarded vendor receives at least 2 inquiries per month or 6 inquiries per quarter, whichever is earlier.
The core difference between these plans does not lie in the number of inquiries guaranteed. Instead, the difference lies in the nature and structure of those inquiries, particularly in relation to Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) expectations.
Under the Standard Plan, there is no defined minimum order value or MOQ benchmark attached to the inquiries you receive. This means that any buyer inquiry, regardless of order size, qualifies as a valid inquiry under the guarantee.
For example, if a buyer sends an inquiry for 50 pieces, that inquiry would still count toward your guaranteed minimum, even if 50 pieces does not align with your factory’s internal MOQ requirements.
In simple terms, the Standard Plan does not filter inquiries based on minimum order size. As long as it is a genuine buyer inquiry, it is considered eligible under the plan structure.
This setup may work well for factories that are flexible with order sizes or are comfortable handling smaller production volumes. However, for manufacturing units that operate strictly on higher MOQs, this structure may not always align with their preferred order values.
On the other hand, the Silver and Gold Plans operate differently. These plans are structured around MOQ benchmarks. Inquiries routed under these plans are aligned with defined minimum order expectations.
This means that, unlike the Standard Plan, inquiries under Silver and Gold are not completely open-ended in terms of quantity. They follow certain MOQ criteria, which makes them more aligned with factories that prefer larger or more structured order volumes.
The main distinction, therefore, is not about how many inquiries you receive, because the minimum guarantee remains the same across plans, but about how those inquiries are positioned in relation to order size expectations.
To summarize clearly:
All plans guarantee at least 2 inquiries per month or 6 per quarter.
The Standard Plan does not have a minimum order value or MOQ benchmark.
Smaller inquiries, such as 50 pieces, would still qualify under the Standard Plan.
Silver and Gold Plans operate with defined MOQ benchmarks.
The difference lies in the structure and filtering of inquiries, not the minimum number guaranteed.
Choosing between these plans depends largely on your factory’s operational model. If your unit is flexible and open to a wider range of order sizes, the Standard Plan may be suitable. If your factory operates with defined MOQs and prefers inquiries that align with higher volume benchmarks, the Silver or Gold Plan structure may be more appropriate.
The key is understanding how your production capacity and internal MOQ requirements align with the type of inquiries you want to receive.
