Vendors applying for the Gold Plan are required to provide the following:

1. Company Documentation

  • Taxation details

  • Statutory registrations

2. Director Information

  • Beneficial ownership details

  • DIN (Director Identification Number)

3. Site / Unit / Manufacturing Facility Verification

4. Shipping Bills / Invoices (Last 3)

5. Plants & Machinery Details

6. PF / ESI / Worker Insurance Program Details

7. Audited Financial Statements

  • For the last two financial years

8. References (3 required)

Please note:

Due to confidentiality reasons, the complete checklist is not published online. Vendors are requested to contact us directly to receive the detailed Gold Plan checklist.

Additionally, Gold Plan members are typically subject to a site inspection, considering the higher value purchase orders allocated under this plan.
